So it has recently come to my attention that a lot of people have a hard time finding an eye primer that they like! One that isn't greasy or sticky but most importantly, one that actually works!
I have tried multiple Eye primers in the past, (I literally own 13) however For about 9 months now I have been using the Chi Chi Two in one Eye Brow Lift which includes a shaper & highlighter. I use the highlighter end as an eye lid primer! *This is my second post about chi chi products but i assure you I am not sponsored in any way nor is my opinion influenced in any way!*
